Privacy Policy

Last updated:

This notice explains how BridgeSpan Technologies ("we", "us") handles personal data for visitors and prospects in the United Kingdom and the United States. We are the data controller. Contact: hello@bridgespantechnologies.com, 11625 Custer Road, STE 110-177, Frisco TX 75035, USA.

1. What we collect

From the enquiry form: your name, business name, website URL, email address, phone number (optional), and any message you write.

From prospect research: where we may contact your business, we collect business contact details (business name, website, published business email/phone, a named principal where publicly listed) from publicly available sources such as your own website and public business listings.

Automatically: we do not use tracking or advertising cookies. The site stores one functional value in your browser (to keep the page layout consistent); it is not shared and not used to track you.

2. Why we use it & our lawful basis

We do not sell or share your personal data for advertising, and we do not use it for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

3. Who processes your data

We use reputable service providers who process data on our behalf: Google (lead storage in Google Sheets; email), Formspree (form delivery, if used), Calendly (call booking), and Stripe (payments). Each is an independent processor with its own safeguards. We never see or store your card details — Stripe handles payments directly.

4. International transfers

We operate from the United States and Sierra Leone and serve UK and US clients, so your data may be processed outside the UK/EEA. Where UK/EEA personal data is transferred, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as UK International Data Transfer Agreement / EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or a provider's Data Privacy Framework certification).

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and prospect details only as long as needed for the purpose above and to meet legal/accounting obligations, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your data sooner (section 6).

6. Your rights

UK/EU residents may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your data, and may object to processing (including direct marketing — we will stop on request). You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

US residents (including under the California CCPA/CPRA, Texas TDPSA, Virginia, Colorado and similar state laws) may request to know, access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to opt out of any sale or sharing — note we do not sell or share personal data. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

To exercise any right, email hello@bridgespantechnologies.com. To stop receiving outreach, reply "unsubscribe" to any message and we will remove you promptly.

7. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures (HTTPS, access controls, least-data collection). No method of transmission is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

8. Changes & contact

We may update this notice; the "last updated" date shows the latest version. Questions or requests: hello@bridgespantechnologies.com, BridgeSpan Technologies (Texas LLC + Sierra Leone), 11625 Custer Road, STE 110-177, Frisco TX 75035, USA.

This is a general template, not legal advice. Have a qualified UK solicitor and US attorney confirm it matches your actual practices, entity structure, and the laws that apply to you before you rely on it.
