Terms of Use & Service
Last updated:
1. Who we are
This website is operated by BridgeSpan Technologies ("we", "us"), a Texas LLC with operations in Sierra Leone. By using this site or engaging our services you agree to these terms.
2. The free snapshot
The free 3-gap snapshot is provided for general information only. It is based on what we can observe on public pages and is reviewed by hand, but it is not a guarantee of results and does not constitute professional, legal, or financial advice.
3. Paid services & the audit credit
The full AI Opportunity Audit is £750 / $950. If you engage us for an implementation and sign within 30 days of your audit being delivered, the audit fee is credited in full against that implementation. The credit applies once, to a single engagement, and has no cash value.
Implementation and retainer work is governed by a separate written agreement (scope, price, timeline) that takes precedence over these terms for that work.
4. Refunds
If you are not satisfied that the audit provides clear, actionable findings, email us within 7 days of delivery for a full refund of the audit fee. Refunds for implementation work are as set out in the relevant engagement agreement.
5. Estimates & results
Any revenue-impact figures, payback estimates, or projections we provide are illustrative, based on typical assumptions, and are not promises of specific outcomes. Your results depend on factors outside our control.
6. Intellectual property
Reports and materials we deliver are for your business's internal use. We retain ownership of our underlying methods, templates, and tools.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the free snapshot or these terms is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) for the relevant service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
